STRONG Pilates Opens New Location in Gambrills, Maryland

GAMBRILLS, MD — Oct. 21, 2026 — A new STRONG Pilates studio is opening in Gambrills, Maryland, bringing the fitness franchise to Hopkins Business Center along MD Route 3. 

Hyatt Commercial represented the landlord in the lease of ±3,000 square feet at 1041 MD Route 3 North. Bill Steffey, Executive Vice President at Hyatt Commercial, represented the landlord, while Jason Green of SABRE Real Estate Advisors, LLC, represented the tenant. 

Hopkins Business Center is a ±100,000-square-foot business and retail center along MD Route 3 near Waugh Chapel Town Center. 

STRONG Pilates offers 45-minute classes combining Pilates, strength training and cardio using its Rowformer and Bikeformer equipment. 

Vanessa Economos, owner of the Gambrills franchise, emphasizes the importance of community, resilience and empowerment in her approach to fitness. She aims to create an environment where clients can build physical strength while also supporting their mental and emotional well-being. 

The studio will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, Oct. 22, at 2 p.m. at 1041 MD Route 3 North, Suite 11, in Gambrills.
