Shore United Bank Signs Lease for New Glen Burnie Branch at Cromwell Business Park

GLEN BURNIE, MD – June 23, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial is pleased to announce a new lease for 1,540 square feet at 891 Cromwell Park Drive, Suite 101, in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Shore United Bank will relocate its Glen Burnie branch from 413 Crain Highway to a newly delivered retail building within Cromwell Business Park later this year.

Owen Wellschlager and Cecil Cummins of Hyatt Commercial represented Shore United Bank in the transaction. Eric Llewellyn of St. John Properties represented the landlord.

The new Glen Burnie location will provide Shore United Bank with a modern banking environment. At the same time, it will allow the bank to maintain its presence serving businesses, property owners, and residents throughout Anne Arundel County. In addition, Cromwell Business Park features a diverse mix of office, retail, and flex users. As a result, the park continues to attract companies seeking well-located space within the Baltimore-Washington corridor.
