Lisa Poremski Joins Hyatt Commercial as Senior Sales and Leasing Associate

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Sept. 23, 2026 — Hyatt Commercial announced the addition of Lisa Poremski as a Senior Sales and Leasing Associate. Lisa advises business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants on commercial real estate sales and leasing. 

Lisa entered commercial real estate two years ago after spending more than 20 years in the technology industry. Her experience includes serving as a Client Executive with IBM. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with business leaders, managed complex transactions, and built long-term relationships. She now applies that experience while representing clients across industrial, office, retail, land, flex, and medical sectors. 

“What I enjoy most about commercial real estate is getting to know the people I work with, learning about their businesses and understanding what’s important to them,” said Poremski. “Whether I’m working with a client or a property owner, I listen and take the time to understand what they’re trying to accomplish.”

Lisa will work from Hyatt Commercial’s Annapolis headquarters. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
