LifeStance Health is a national provider of outpatient mental health services, operating in 33 states across the country. The practice offers treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. The Gambrills office marks LifeStance Health’s 10th location in Maryland.
The new location is situated in the heart of the Waugh Chapel area, known for its vibrancy, convenience, and diverse community. The site allows LifeStance Health to better serve patients in Anne Arundel County and surrounding markets.
Bill Steffey, Laurie Zuiderhof, and Treva Ghattas of Hyatt Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. Mike Gillman of CBRE represented the tenant.
