ANNAPOLIS, MD (January 6, 2025) – Leadership Anne Arundel (LAA), the premier leadership training and networking institute in Anne Arundel County since 1993, is now accepting applications for the Flagship Program Class of 2027.

Flagship is LAA’s signature program, offering an intensive curriculum focused on civic engagement and leadership development. Each class represents a cross-section of Anne Arundel County, reflecting the county’s ethnic, social, economic and geographic diversity.

Participants meet monthly for full-day sessions focused on topics such as Government, Economic Development, Cultural Arts, Education, Health & Human Services, Law & Public Safety, Environment, and Agriculture/South County. Participants engage directly with leaders from the public, private and nonprofit sectors, explore critical regional issues, and develop the tools needed to serve effectively as community leaders.
