Hyatt Commercial Welcomes Owen Wellschlager to Investment Sales Team

Annapolis, MD – June 11, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial is pleased to welcome Owen Wellschlager as the newest Sales & Leasing Associate on our Investment Sales Team. Owen joined Hyatt in May 2025, bringing a competitive edge, a team-first mindset, and a strong
foundation in research and relationship-building. He currently focuses on investment sales throughout the Baltimore Washington Corridor, working alongside senior team members Eric Pinkett and Cecil Cummins.

A native of Annapolis, Owen brings deep familiarity with the local market and community dynamics across Anne Arundel County and the surrounding region. His consultative, solutions focused approach is centered on long-term value and integrity—key principles that guide his service to tenants, landlords, and investors.

Owen is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in History and a minor in Business. During his time at CSU, he served as captain of the university’s MCLA club lacrosse team, exemplifying leadership and drive.

Prior to joining Hyatt Commercial, Owen gained valuable experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including roles in business development and program compliance at a nonprofit organization in Boston.
