Hyatt Commercial Welcomes Mitesh Kothari, MD as Healthcare Consultant

Annapolis, MD – July 10, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial is proud to welcome Dr. Mitesh Kothari as a Healthcare Consultant. Dr. Kothari brings over 25 years of experience as a practicing OB/GYN and medical real estate investor, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will enhance the services we offer our clients.

As a former partner in one of the largest single-site women’s healthcare practices in the country, Dr. Kothari played a pivotal role in business development, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of the practice. His leadership was instrumental in driving the practice’s business development, operational efficiency and strategic growth, culminating in a successful partnership with Unified Women’s Healthcare and a notable medical real estate transaction with Montecito Medical Real Estate.

In his role, Dr. Kothari will leverage his industry insights, experience and relationships to support our existing clients and grow opportunities in our healthcare real estate sales and leasing efforts. Our healthcare clients will have a team that understands the challenges of starting or growing a medical practice and how real estate can be a key driver of success. The addition of Dr. Kothari to the Hyatt team underscores our commitment to providing exceptional service and driving results for our healthcare clients.
