With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, Phipps brings extensive knowledge of commercial and residential transactions. She has worked in title services, sales, leasing, acquisitions, and property management. Because of this diverse background, she understands the full real estate process, from contract negotiations through settlement and ongoing ownership.

Throughout her career, Phipps has represented property owners, investors, landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and business owners. As a result, she has developed a practical approach that helps clients make confident real estate decisions while navigating complex transactions.
