Hyatt Commercial Represents Seller in Baltimore Property Sale

BALTIMORE, MD — Oct. 2, 2026 — Hyatt Commercial announced the $725,000 sale of 327–333 E Patapsco Avenue, a ±10,582-square-foot retail property in Baltimore, Maryland. 

Collin Mercier and George Shenas of Hyatt Commercial represented the seller, Brooklyn Landmark, LLC. Iglesia De Dios De La Profecia, Inc. acquired the property. 

The three-story former bank building sits on approximately 0.77 acres at the signalized intersection of E Patapsco Avenue and 4th Street. The seller recently completed renovations to the property, including the addition of windows and updated lighting. The property is zoned C-2, Community Commercial District.   

The property was on the market for four months and generated multiple offers.
