Hyatt Commercial Represents Seller in $1.1M Edgewater Marina Sale

EDGEWATER, MD — Sept. 16, 2026 — Hyatt Commercial announced the $1,100,000 sale of a ± 3.59-acre waterfront commercial property. The property, Misty Morning Marina, is located at 1052 Old Turkey Point Road in Edgewater, Maryland. 

Cecil Cummins, Owen Wellschlager, and Jeff Griesbauer of Hyatt Commercial represented the seller, Redemption Song LLC. AYB Marina LLC acquired the property. 

Located on Selby Bay along the South River, the property features ± 693 feet of waterfront frontage, two piers, a boat ramp, and a recently renovated ± 3,296-square-foot building. The property is zoned for marina and other waterfront commercial uses and provides access to the Chesapeake Bay.
