Glen Burnie, MD – July 18, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial represented the buyer in the sale of the Wilson Building at 7452 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Glen Burnie, MD. The $1,425,000 sale marks a strategic investment for Wilson Building LLC.

Originally built in 1950 by Frankie Wilson and Sons, Inc., the Wilson Building has been thoughtfully maintained for over 70 years. In the early 2000s, the property underwent a major renovation and expansion, enhancing both its functionality and long-term value.
