Hyatt Commercial Represents Buyer in $1.75 Million McDonald’s Net-Lease Acquisition

Enterprise, AL – July 31, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial is pleased to announce the $1.75 million sale of a McDonald’s property located at 6014 Boll Weevil Circle in Enterprise, Alabama.

William “Bill” Steffey, CRE, CCIM, of Hyatt Commercial represented the buyer, Boll Weevil McD’s, LLC, in the acquisition. CP Partners represented the seller, Boll Weevil Property, LLC. The transaction closed on July 16, 2026.

Long-Term Corporate Lease

The approximately 4,000-square-foot restaurant sits on 1.39 acres and operates under a long-term triple-net lease with McDonald’s corporate. As a result, the property offered the buyer an opportunity to acquire a nationally recognized tenant with a long-term lease structure.

“This acquisition aligned well with our client’s investment objectives and 1031 exchange strategy,” said Steffey. “The combination of a strong corporate tenant, long-term lease and established location made this property a compelling addition to the buyer’s portfolio.”
