Hyatt Commercial Nominates Laurie Zuiderhof for BBJ Women’s History Month Recognition

Annapolis, MD – March 26, 2025 – Hyatt Commercial has nominated Laurie Zuiderhof, Senior Vice President, for recognition in the Baltimore Business Journal’s 2025 Women’s History Month edition. The special issue, “Women IN,” honors influential women across the region both online and in print.

With 13 years in commercial real estate, Laurie stands out as a leader and trusted advisor. A second-generation broker, she has completed over 152 transactions. These deals total more than $76 million in value and 1.2 million square feet of brokered space.

Laurie specializes in medical real estate. She represents top healthcare clients, including Prime Facial, ProMD Health, Luminis Health, Annapolis Rheumatology, Skin Therapeutics, Aquacare, and In Step Podiatry Center. Her expertise, client-first mindset, and sharp negotiating skills have earned her industry-wide respect.

In 2021, Laurie began mentoring new brokers. She focuses on building confidence and community among women in the field.
