Hyatt Commercial Named 2026 CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award Winner

ANNAPOLIS, MD — August 5, 2026 — CoStar recognized Cecil Cummins, Eric Pinkett and Owen Wellschlager among its 2026 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award winners. The three brokers are members of Hyatt Commercial’s Investment Sales team. CoStar recognized them for representing the seller in a $19.5 million office sale in the Annapolis submarket.

Each quarter, the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals Awards honor notable commercial real estate transactions. The program recognizes brokers who lead significant sales and leases. In this case, CoStar selected the Hyatt team for its work on the Annapolis office sale.
