Hyatt Commercial Facilitates Staffmark Office Lease in Hagerstown

HAGERSTOWN, MD – September 15, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial is pleased to announce a new lease at 19638 Leitersburg Pike in Hagerstown, Maryland. Staffmark, a national workforce solutions and staffing company, leased approximately 1,400 square feet at the property.  

Hyatt Commercial brokers Treva Ghattas and Laurie Murphy-Zuiderhof represented the landlord in the transaction.  

The recently renovated suite features updated finishes and an efficient floor plan suited to professional office users. As a result, Staffmark signed the lease after the space spent only three months on the market. The quick lease reflects continued demand for smaller, high-quality offices with minimal buildout requirements.
