Hyatt Commercial Facilitates Sale of ±3 Acre Development Site in Gambrills, MD for Future Kiddie Academy Location

Gambrills, MD – April 17, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial completed the sale of approximately ±3 acres of commercial land at 909 Saint Stephen Church Road in Gambrills, Maryland.

Baldwin Enterprise Inc. sold the property to Elaboost, LLC. The site includes approved permits and completed developer improvements. These conditions allow the buyer to move forward immediately.

Elaboost, LLC, a local family-owned daycare provider, plans to construct a 15,000± square foot childcare facility for a future Kiddie Academy location. This project marks the group’s second location, following its Odenton site. The development will bring new early education services to the growing Gambrills and Anne Arundel County community. The site offers strong access and sits near surrounding residential neighborhoods.
