Hyatt Commercial Celebrates the Grand Opening of Its Expansion Location in Leonardtown, Maryland

Expanding in Southern Maryland

Annapolis, MD – May 26, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial proudly celebrated the grand opening of its office location in Leonardtown with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by local business leaders, community organizations, and government officials.

The new office sits in the heart of Leonardtown. It reflects Hyatt Commercial’s continued growth and long-term investment in Southern Maryland. Previously, the building housed local law practices and other professional service businesses. The longtime owners had owned the property since 1970 before selling the building for its next chapter as Hyatt Commercial’s Leonardtown office.

Community Support and Local Growth

Community support remained strong throughout the event. Representatives from the Leonardtown Business Association, Town of Leonardtown, and Visit St. Mary's attended the celebration. Additionally, local commissioners, the Mayor of Leonardtown, and other community leaders joined the event.

During the ribbon cutting ceremony, Justin Mullen, President of Hyatt Commercial, spoke about the company’s commitment to local relationships and community-focused growth.
