Hyatt Commercial Brokers Off-Market Annapolis Sale for $1.3 Million

ANNAPOLIS, MD – June 29, 2026 – Hyatt Commercial announces the off-market sale of a ±2,500-square-foot commercial building. The property, located at 90–92 / 94–96 West Street in Annapolis, Maryland, sold for $1,300,000.

The buyer, Associated Builders and Contractors Chesapeake Shores Chapter, is a trade association representing the construction industry throughout Maryland's Chesapeake region. The organization plans to renovate the property to support its growing operational needs.

The building is located directly adjacent to the organization's headquarters at 100 West Street. The acquisition provides room for future growth while allowing the organization to remain in its established location.

Located along the West Street corridor, the property offers convenient access to State Circle, the Maryland State House, and downtown Annapolis. The surrounding area includes a mix of office, institutional, and government users.
