Hyatt Commercial Announces Sale of Longstanding Glen Burnie Restaurant Property
GLEN BURNIE, MD — October 23, 2026 — Hyatt Commercial announced the $2,125,000 sale of 625 Greenway Road SE in Glen Burnie, Maryland, a restaurant property previously home to Mike’s Inland at Sunset and the longtime Sunset Restaurant.
George Shenas and Collin Mercier of Hyatt Commercial represented the seller, Brothers Real Estate Investments, LLC. The buyer was represented by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services.
The property has been part of Glen Burnie’s dining landscape for decades, operating as Sunset Restaurant before becoming Mike’s Inland at Sunset. The building underwent interior renovations under the seller’s ownership.
“The property’s established restaurant use and recent improvements were key considerations in the transaction,” said Shenas. “The sale marks a transition in ownership for a well-known Glen Burnie location.”
