Arnold, MD — December 9, 2025 — Hyatt Commercial announces a new lease for Riverside Pediatrics at 1521 Ritchie Highway in Arnold, Maryland. The practice, led by Dr. Eliza Huebner, leased 2,453 SF on the second floor of the Landmark Post Office Building.

The property serves as the headquarters for the Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS® (AACAR). It offers strong visibility along Ritchie Highway and provides easy access to Downtown Annapolis and BWI Airport. The building also features ample parking, which is a key advantage for medical and professional users.

The space Riverside Pediatrics selected was previously occupied by Bay Area Orthopedics.
