Hyatt Commercial Announces Annapolis Property Sales

ANNAPOLIS, MD — Oct. 22, 2026 — Hyatt Commercial represented the buyer in two separate transactions totaling $6.8 million for commercial properties at 2024 West Street, 2 Hudson Street, and 4 Hudson Street in Annapolis. Both transactions closed August 31, 2026. 

Eddie Trujillo, Senior Vice President / Associate Broker at Hyatt Commercial, represented a local investor in the transactions. Dee Corporation, doing business as W.F. Chesley Real Estate, was the seller. 

The properties include a ±27,000-square-foot office building at 2024 West Street, a ±2,083-square-foot property occupied by About Kitchens at 2 Hudson Street, and a ±3,670-square-foot property occupied by Euro Motor Clinic at 4 Hudson Street. Located at the signalized intersection of West Street and Route 2, the properties offer access to Routes 50 and 97. 

The buyer plans to retain the existing tenants and manage the properties directly. 

“The location and existing tenants made these properties an appealing investment opportunity,” said Trujillo. “Dee Corporation maintained the properties well, and the recent renovations to the West Street building added to that appeal.”
