FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR: Timber Pizza & Hyatt Commercial Celebrate New Location

EDGEWATER, MD – May 6, 2025 – What’s better than pizza? Free pizza for a year. Hyatt Commercial is partnering with Timber Pizza Company to celebrate their newest location coming to Edgewater with the ultimate giveaway.

Timber Pizza—famous for its wood-fired pies, bold flavors, and roots in a ’67 Chevy pickup truck—is bringing its signature energy and handcrafted slices to Market at South River Colony in Edgewater. This marks Timber’s second location in Maryland, following the success of its Annapolis shop.

And to say “thank you” to the community, they’re giving one lucky fan free pizza for an entire year—up to one pizza per month, valid exclusively at the new Edgewater location.

Founded in 2014 by Chris Brady and Andrew Dana and later joined by Chef Dani Moreira, Timber Pizza has become a DMV staple, known for slinging pies at farmers' markets, airport terminals, and buzzy brick-and-mortars alike. The new 2,100 SF Edgewater spot will serve the Mayo Peninsula and surrounding areas with their signature charm and unbeatable crust.
