Grasonville, MD – December 9, 2024 – ClimateCare HVAC Services proudly hosted the grand opening of their new location on October 30th at 3630 Main Street, Grasonville, MD 21638. The new property, spanning an impressive 9 acres, marks an exciting expansion for ClimateCare, complementing their first location in Crofton, MD.

Hyatt Commercial played a pivotal role in the transaction, representing both the buyer and the seller. The deal was expertly managed by Dennis Murphy and Laurie Zuiderhoff. The property’s seller, the Parks Family, had owned this historically significant land for generations. Over the years, the site has seen a variety of uses, from a gas station to a Goodyear Tire shop, before becoming the ideal location for ClimateCare’s expansion.
