Always Ice Cream teams up with Pherm Brewery to support Anne Arundel County Public Library in a SWEET WAY!

Always Ice Cream Company is thrilled to announce its continued partnership with Anne Arundel County Public Library (AACPL) for a third year, with an exciting new twist. This February, in celebration of Love Your Library Month, Always Ice Cream Company is teaming up with Pherm Brewery, based in Gambrills, Maryland, to bring the community an exclusive pairing of ice cream and beer, all in support of AACPL.
This year’s featured ice cream flavor, One Flew Over the Cookies Nest, is a decadent cookie dough ice cream with crushed Oreos and brownie bites. The flavor was crafted by Liz Bauckman, a creative library staff member, and selected through a week-long flavor bracket competition on Always Ice Cream Company’s social media. This community engagement event has become a staple of the partnership, drawing excitement and participation from residents across Anne Arundel County.

Pherm Brewery has created a special beer inspired by One Flew Over the Cookies Nest in a unique collaboration. The ice cream and the beer will be available throughout February, with ice cream being sold at all Always Ice Cream locations and the custom beer at Pherm Brewery, with a portion of all proceeds benefiting AACPL. In previous years, this partnership has raised thousands of dollars, supporting essential programs and resources for local libraries.

To kick off the fundraiser, a launch event will take place at Pherm Brewery on February 1st from 12 PM to 5 PM. The event is open to the public and offers an opportunity to purchase beer and pints of ice cream. Community members are invited to join the festivities, enjoy delicious treats, and contribute to this meaningful cause.
