Have you noticed all the activity along Riva Road?

Some projects are underway and quite a few are in the planning stages, including a Transportation Center.  The Riva Road corridor is part of the Parole Growth Management Area and we will have Patrick Hughes a Senior Planner from the County’s Office of Planning and Zoning on hand to provide an update on the Parole Area Master Plan which is headed to Council for final approval. 

We will also hear from Anthony Henry from Trademark Property Company about the rebranding of the Annapolis Town Center and the many new amenities and tenants that are coming soon.
