Chupek as a Senior Sales and Leasing Associate, specializing in retail, multifamily, and mixed-use
assets across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Brian leverages his expertise in data-driven decision-making to help clients achieve their specific
goals. Since beginning his real estate career in 2019, he has established a notable track record,
combining market insight and analytical precision to guide clients through complex transactions.

Before entering commercial real estate, Brian spent four years in the International Securities
Lending division of a global investment bank, facilitating the movement of capital and equities
between banks, pension funds, and institutional investors. His experience in finance sharpened his
understanding of market dynamics and strategic investment opportunities.

Brian’s leadership extends beyond his client work—he has served as Chair and Vice Chair of the
Maryland Realtors Commercial Alliance Committee, where he led initiatives that advanced
education and engagement among Maryland’s commercial real estate professionals.

A graduate of Salisbury University, Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in investment finance.
